There are currently 10 camp sites, 5 cabins, 3 cottages, 4 RV hookups, a
conference room, a dining area, a concession stand, and swing pool with covered tables
along the sides. Primitive Acres is open for ranch guests year round. It is available for
hunters to lease during appropriate seasons.
RESTAURANT
Open to Guests and Parties of 15 or more.
CATERING SERVICE
Catering is available with additional fees,
and provided by Primitive Acres.
THE RANCH
 The Ranch is a great place to hold corporate group activities, church retreats, family
reunions, parties of all kinds, and much more. There will be plenty of activities to fill
your day. Whether it is a wagon or buggy ride, a hose ride, hiking, volleyball,
horseshoes, or a swim in the 20 x 40 pool, you are sure to have a fun-filled day.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are usually required with a deposit equal to one night's stay or one-half the
total amount whichever is greater, with the exception of all sites being reserved. A
confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of the required deposit.
 CANCELLATION POLICY
We will refund your deposit, in full, when notified of cancellation at least 14 days prior
to scheduled visit.
REQUIREMENTS/RESTRICTIONS
- Reservations required for cabins and horses
- Advance payment must accompany your reservations when all sites are reserved
- Current Coggins test on
all horses
- Children must have adult supervision at all times
- Adults must provide a Temporary Guardianship form signed by parent of children,
other than their own (Forms available at office)

- No Firearms (unless
hunting season)
- No 3-wheelers
- No pets
- No unsupervised children
- No horseback riding
without a guide
- No swimming in pool unless you are a ranch guest
- Help keep all sites clean and left as found
